For organisations
Services and use cases
Three ways to work with Ground.Africa, each scoped to an actual need.
01
Product activation
Operators introduce a product to an agreed audience, answer approved questions, demonstrate its use and assist willing people through a first action. The work can include user feedback and follow-up if the client provides a lawful and workable method.
- Suitable for products that benefit from explanation or assisted first use, including fintech, Web3 and commerce.
- Possible outputs: field conversations, demonstrations, onboarding actions that can be verified, feedback and a short report.
- Downloads, signups, transactions and retention are different measures; only the agreed, verifiable ones are reported.
02
Opportunity distribution
Operators bring an event, programme or other opportunity to relevant places and communities. They explain why it matters, provide the approved action link or QR, and record what people actually do.
- Possible outputs: conversations, visits, scans or registrations if trackable, and field documentation.
- Attendance is counted only when the organiser can confirm it. Promotion of an event does not imply an official partnership.
03
Field intelligence
A structured field study listens to a defined audience and reports recurring needs, objections and context. It can stand alone without a product activation or event.
- Possible outputs: interview counts, anonymised notes, themes, limitations and a report.
- The research brief specifies sample, locations, questions and consent approach. Small qualitative samples do not represent an entire country.
04
What a brief might look like
For example: speak with 20 POS operators in three locations about terminals, liquidity and reversals; document the method and return a report. Or introduce a wallet to a defined audience in one city, assist willing people to try it and report distinct counts for conversations, downloads and first transactions. These are examples of scope, not a promise of results.
