Platform and direction

The platform and the road ahead

How public profiles, opportunities and records relate to the work.

01

Public surfaces

  • Operator profiles show identity, skills, location and an accumulating work history where published.
  • Proof pages carry records of completed activity and evidence links.
  • Opportunity and product pages provide context for relevant work where records exist.
  • City and network views help people find the work and Operators associated with a place.

02

How the pieces connect

An organisation's need becomes a brief. Appropriate Operators carry it out. Evidence and a report describe the work; suitable public records connect to Operator profiles. A public profile should grow from completed work rather than an invented performance history.

03

Direction, not a promise

The near-term work is to improve the reliability of field delivery, reporting, Operator development and repeatable paid assignments. Coordination across more African cities, stronger research systems and deeper client workflows are ambitions subject to people, budgets, product readiness and demonstrated demand.
