01

01 / The proposition

Ground.Africa takes products and opportunities to people through local Operators. We agree on the audience, place and objective, execute the field work, then show what happened and what we learned.

02

02 / When to call us

  • You need people in a particular city to discover, understand or try a product.
  • You want to move an event or programme beyond social posts into relevant communities.
  • You need direct, structured feedback from people in the environment where your product will be used.

03

03 / What we deliver

  • A scoped brief and execution plan.
  • Operators selected for the location and activity, subject to availability.
  • Field activity and documentation within the agreed permissions.
  • A report separating actions, verified outcomes, observations and limitations.
  • A public Proof record only where publication is approved and suitable.

04

04 / How a pilot begins

Start with one city, one audience, one objective and a short period. We agree on the work and price before deployment. The first conversation is to understand the problem; a proposal follows with locations, deliverables, responsibilities and cost.

05

05 / Existing field examples

Ground.Africa's public Proof includes independent MiniPay product activation in Kano and Blockfest Africa opportunity outreach in Kano. These records demonstrate field activity; they do not imply those organisations commissioned or endorsed the work unless a record explicitly says so.

  • View the dated records, context and evidence on the Proof page.
  • Ask for a tailored proposal for the city, audience and objective you have in mind.

06

Next step

Tell us the product or opportunity, target city, audience, desired action, timing and approximate budget. We will say what can be scoped responsibly.
