EXAMPLE / FOUR-WEEK PILOT
- Week 0 · Scope. Agree the product, cities, audience, first action to measure and field plan.
- Weeks 1–2 · Activate. Operators meet people, demonstrate the product and help interested users get started.
- Week 3 · Report. Review the field record and get a written read on where users moved forward or stalled.
