How an engagement works

From first conversation through execution, evidence and review.

01

1. Discovery and scope

We identify the audience, location, specific action or question, product readiness and how a useful result would be measured. We confirm whether the work is possible with available Operators and access.

02

2. Proposal and agreement

The proposal states field days, places, Operator responsibilities, approved messaging, materials, travel and production needs, evidence, reporting, price, payment schedule and any conditions. Targets are not guaranteed conversions.

03

3. Preparation and field work

Operators receive the brief and relevant training. We identify permissions needed for locations and recording, then carry out the agreed activity. An Operator may decline a brief before accepting it.

04

4. Review and report

Evidence is checked against the brief. Reports distinguish people approached, conversations, actions observed, actions confirmed by the product, online reach and later outcomes. We include gaps and unexpected findings rather than quietly converting estimates into verified figures.

05

5. Publication

Whether a case study or Proof record is public is agreed separately. Sensitive client data and identifiable participant material require appropriate permission. Independent outreach is labelled as such.
